85 Games Studio is a fast-growing indie game studio based in Baku, Azerbaijan. We are building a strong community and one of the largest audiences in Azerbaijan's game industry.

We are looking for a QA Intern who is interested in game testing, bug reporting, and improving player experience. Let's build something big together and make history in the Azerbaijani game sector.

Type: Internship

Location: Baku / Remote

What You'll Do:

  • Test game builds on different devices and platforms.
  • Find, reproduce, and report bugs with clear steps, expected results, and actual results.
  • Attach screenshots, screen recordings, device details, and build versions when needed.
  • Run checklists and simple test cases for gameplay, UI, audio, controls, and progression.
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression checks on new builds.
  • Share feedback about usability, balance, player flow, and overall quality.
  • Learn real production workflows in a live game project.

Requirements:

  • Interest in games and game development.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to describe problems clearly and objectively.
  • Patience to repeat the same flow and confirm whether an issue is fixed.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills for tools, builds, and reports.
  • Fluent Azerbaijani language skills.
  • Willingness to learn and improve fast.
  • No previous studio experience required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing mobile games.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of test cases, checklists, and regression testing.
  • English proficiency.
  • Strong soft skills: communication, teamwork, and responsibility.

Notes:

This is an unpaid internship focused on learning and real production experience. Top performers may receive a paid position after the internship.
